We brew our beer in small batches to ensure that freshness and quality are never compromised. Our focus is to offer our customers a balanced complexity of aroma and flavour. Natural Blonde uses 3 different Malts and distinct hops in order to achieve this goal. The result is a refreshing Blonde beer with 26 IBU’s and 4.9% alcohol. Style Our Kichesippi Natural Blonde is an all malt Pale Ale. Aroma A noble hop presence offers hints of spice, citrus and caramel. Palate The hop presence introduces the palate to a subtle fruitiness and light malt flavours. A medium bitterness at the end makes this a food friendly brew.

swiseman (520) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUL 26, 2017
medium body, faint aromas of hops, medium bitterness. A bit of a stale hop finish. Overall, somewhat underwhelming - but nothing overly negative about this beer either.

Canmoore (484) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2017
Pours a clear golden colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma notes include light orange zest, biscuit and faint grass clippings. Tasting notes include biscuit, light cereals, and orange peel. Beer finishes with astringent notes! Decent beer!

jakeskia (29) - Kanata, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 6, 2017
Though labeled a pale ale this is an excellent example of a kolsch style beer.

azzurro (335) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 12, 2017
Had this beer with a great meal at Vittoria Trattoria. Very smooth blond ale.

Cimbasso (927) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2016
Sampled on draught. A light golden brew with a thin white head. Pleasantly malty taste with hints of lemon and lime. Rather thin mouthfeel. Curiously salty, bitter finish. Not bad.

OOKPIKABLE (193) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2014

355 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear golden colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is citric fruit, sort of orangey, biscuit and light grass. Flavour is biscuity grains, interesting orange note and a mellow grassiness. Astringent finish. Not bad.

On tap at Chez Lucien. Clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is cereals, corn, a bit of sweetness. Taste is fresh malts, caramel with spicy notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, watery. Weird salty and earthy finish.

solidfunk (9205) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - NOV 19, 2013
Pours blonde. Not so bad really, for what it is. Decent head and lacing. Crisp finish. Tap at Black Tomato.
