On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a fair size foamy off-white head and has a clear golden appearance. Leaves some pretty thick lacing all around. Lively carbonation. Aromas are mainly caramel malts and notes of toffee. Some light earthy type hops. Flavours are fairly sweet, some notes of caramel, earthy hops, with subtle hints of yeast and piney hops. Has some fairly strong fruity flavours as well. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Light warming sensation. Pretty good. Randy4Beer (513) - - APR 26, 2014
UPDATED: APR 27, 2014 On tap at Johnny Farinas.
Pours a medium amber with a soapy white head leaving considerable lacing as drunk.
Aromas of hoppy citrus mixed with wet cereal.
Taste wise I’m getting a decent blend of hops and malts with definite orange peel on the swallow and after taste.
Nice and goes well with the Kitchesippi beer pie I’m eating it with. czar (9059) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 22, 2014

On tap at the Rooster. Golden with a creamy off white head. Odd aroma or musty grain, biscuit malt and somewhat herby hops. Moderate carbonation, mild body, slightly astringent on the finish and thin as well.

On tap at BBB (Ottawa, ON). Amber body with a thin off-white creamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with bready and herbal hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries bready, malty, and some citrusy notes. Ends with a good bitter finish. Average IPA. Metalchopz (3384) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 31, 2013
Enjoyed this one a few months ago at Pub Italia, on cask. Poured a hazy amber colour with a frothy beige head, great retention and thick dirty lace all-around. Spicy hop nose with apple notes and light caramel. Wet, medium-bodied with a little dryness in the finish. Mild fruity malt taste with the hop bitterness in the finish. Gets stronger as it goes. Kind of soapy hops. A pretty nice beer from Kichessippi that has more hop than usual and less grain for them. rejtable (2671) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 29, 2013
Cask from Pub Italia. Pours dark straw, cloudy with a little head and lots of lacing. Nose grassy hops. Aromas of grassy hops some fruit, some light cereal malt. Mouth was creamy with medium carbonation. My favourite k beer to date, I think. Lubiere (13900) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2013
A hazed amber ale with a thick light mocha head. In aroma, caramel malt with nice floral hops, grassy and piney, surprising for a german hop. In mouth, biscuir malt with grassy hops, bitter and mineral, well made. cfrancis (3444) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2013
Pours a copper brown with a small white head and small lacing. Aroma is wet socks with earthy wood. Taste is woody, small bitterness with a fair amount of bready malts. Pretty well balanced but not a hop that you want to showcase very much because the flavouring isn’t there. Also I believe Broadhead beat Kbeer to the punch in Ottawa let along Canada.
