Appearance is a clear pale still yellow. Aroma is rice and feet. Flavor is slightly sweet with a bitter finish and some pineapple. I got this is part of a sample pack a long time ago and was not properly stored but its not bad.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear pale golden. I’m not really a big fan of sake. Light pineapple. Another rice wine. Boozy.

Typical soft o sake nose. Very sweet and fragrant in the mouth. Rice, honey, some orchard fruits (apples, pears etc). Decent length and alcohol is reasonably well hidden. Solid stuff.

Chi più chi meno trovo che il sakè quello vero, sia una bevanda strepitosa!

Pronounced blueberry muffin nose. Clear with only the slightest yellowish hue. Quite sweet flavor of blueberry initially, finishes with honey dew. Alcohol is very noticeable, but that is to be expected and it isn’t excessive for what it is. Best sake I’ve had to date.

Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - DEC 28, 2008
Bottle courtesy of solan. Pours a very light goldish color. Nose is rosewater, fruit and spice. Taste is dates, plums, citrus and alcohol. Very smooth. Thanks Alan!

Poured a crystal clear and slight yellow. The aroma was fruity and nice. Notes of pears, honey and anise. Flavors of honey and pear with lighter notes of vanilla and rice. Great warmth with a small alcohol bitter bite on the finish. Silky smooth medium bodied that drys and seems to fold away. Man I love Sake.
