COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dark beer with the pronounced taste of caramel malt, pleasant bitter taste and an aroma of hops with original taste of malted barley. Has a grain density of 12% and an alcoholic content of 4,4% vol. It’s distributed in glass bottles of 0.33 litre, 0.5 litre and in kegs. Brewed with no artificial preservatives, but the natural pasteurization process guarantees a shelf life of minimum three months.

Aromat - Karmel i ciemne słody do tego ciasto drożdżowe i trochę chleba.
Wygląd - Barwa ciemno miedziana, piwo klarowne. Piana ecru, z początku wysoka, potem opada i tworzy kożuch, ładny lasing.
Smak - Głównie karmel i trochę aromatów palonych, lekka kwasowość. Plus przypalony spód od ciasta i chleb. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie. Trochę za słodkie.

Clear dark reddish brown color with a mid-size frothy light tan head. Grainy malt, sawdust, chocolate, berries and some hops in the aroma. The flavor is sweetness, caramel, chocolate, berries and toasted malt. Drinkable.

Bottle from Tres Bonne Cuisine. Pours out a caramel brown with a huge, fluffy beige head. Malt dominates this brew, aroma very sweet and musty. Taste is a bit more even, some nuttiness to go with the sweet malt.

Bottle. Pours a brownish color with a small head. Aromaof caramel, malt and grain. Taste of caramel, malt sweetness and grain. Mild bitternes that lingers a bit. Light body, fairly smooth with just a bit of a rough edge.

Bardzo ładna obfita, kremowa piana. Lacing. Barwa ciemnego rubinu/ciemnej miedzi, piwo klarowne. Bardzo interesująca butelka. Aromat słodki, karmelowe. Piwo średnio-pełne. Wysycenie średnie, przyjemne, delikatne musowanie. Goryczka średnia. W smaku słodkie, ale też czuć chmiel. Trochę czekoladowe. W finiszu lekko kwaśne. Po mimo tego jest jednak w smaku trochę puste.
