440ml Nitro Can from SuperValu (Ireland - £1.69):
Bland malts and a little sweetness from some brown sugar, there is a very faint and almost water like smell with some bitterness at the end.
Thick and quite creamy too before settling to a dark caramel brown colour with a very creamy, darkish white head on top that is about the width of a pinky and holds very well.
Bland with some malts and light caramel flavours and a sugary sweetness following this. There is a burnt toast and nutty flavour. The beer is quite bitter and very creamy.
Creamy with a medium to full body yet it still feels slightly watery. The beer seems quite bland and there is almost no carbonation with some small amounts of bitterness at the end.
Great looking beer when poured and settled but everything else about it was fairly average sadly. The aroma was bland and unexciting, definitely not an ale worth looking out for. I’m not sure if it would be better on draft and I’m not sure if I really want to find out either. It was drinkable and the nitro can was a plus.
Amber with abeige-white creamy head. Aroma is caramel, malt, fruit and honey. Taste is light bitter and medium sweet. Zilb (403) - Fontenay Sous Bois, FRANCE - JAN 7, 2018
SVD (2265) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 4, 2018
At the Dubliner CPh, Amber beer, small head. Aroma is meh, some malt, some caramel. Taste is the same, very light, somewhat creamy, meh bilcho1 (168) - Ruse, BULGARIA - DEC 25, 2017
330ml bottle from Kaufland, drunk at home. Pours clear with a brief frothy head, lacing but no bead. Mid greyish brown in colour, certainly not red. Aroma of almost nothing, maybe a touch of corn syrup or honey. Creamy in the mouth due to carbonation, almost no flavour, quite a bit of sweetness and virtually no bitterness. Overall, not red, not tasty and not interesting. Makes a very persuasive argument for an IPA. Ascelja (1882) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 15, 2017

16 oz can poured into tall glass. Overall impression is weak and watery. This beer must taste better closer to the source. Here at the Four Seasons in Doha, Qatar, this particular can of beer sucks! BREWMUSKCLES (2759) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 6, 2017
