On tap. Nice apperance with large head. Very smooth, typical creamy beer, almost not carbonated att all. Some sweetness.
December 27th, 2014 - The Irish four-pack I received as part of an early Christmas gift also came with the Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale. Clad in a beautiful maroon can, the color of the beer isn’t too far off, occupying a deep red color on the spectrum, with a contrasting white head. The smell is pretty standard for the beers in this pack, clean and sharp with malt and a certain tang. But the taste is different, if not only for the nitro treatment. This creates an incredibly smooth palate with a nice sweetness. A little almond, a little bitterness and a great deal of caramel make for a great flavor, and one that stands out amongst the other beer sampled in the pack. sawyerpc15 (115) - Bowser, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 27, 2017
I love the look of this beer with the creamy head from the nitrogen can. It is vey smooth and gets a high grade. tgrtnr (162) - Augsburg, GERMANY - JUN 25, 2017
330 ml bottle served in tulip. Pours clear dark amber with decent white head. Not very complex aroma, a bit malt, that's it. Taste is malty-bitter with sour hint. Very refreshing and smooth. Nice palate. Light bodied, soft to fizzy carbonated. Decent beer, but the lack of aroma leads to a average rating.

herbs, brown, tan foam, minimal head, light sweetness, medium bitterness, light body, average carbonation, mviljamaa (162) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUN 12, 2017
Draught version. Pours with a thick, creamy and fine-bubbled light beige foam. Color is dark amber, it’s clear. Aroma is malty and red ale type, some mämmi as well, but also has strong metallicity to it. Palate is smooth and very light, quite pleasant. Taste is malty and has also some red berries or red berry mash aromas to it (typical of red/amber ales). It’s a bit watery. It’s a rather simple beer, simple aroma, simple taste, but the palate is very nice. I wouldn’t buy Kilkenny because of its taste or aroma, but I’ve not had red/amber ales with as smooth palate. I could buy Kilkenny just because of its palate.

Can from LCBO. Got this for the St-Pats. Serving cold gives a brown rainbow in your glass, not disappointed. This is for me what an Irish cream ale should be. bunget (965) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 2, 2017
Can. Clear copper body, medium beige nitro head with good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma caramel, grains and some woodsy notes. Taste of grains, caramel and hints of weird herbs. Flattish and very mild. Ok. roflorence (101) - South Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 29, 2017
Dark, clear amber colour with an inch of creamy, tan head. Slight toasted malt nose. Caramel malt flavour with no bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel from the nitrogen. jobe977 (62) - SWEDEN - MAY 7, 2017

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2017 Interesting pour, starts off creamy white and cascades to a dark red body, with flat frothy head. Aroma of musty grain, grape, light cherry. Taste is very grape-juice heavy, some light grain, toffee, mildly bitter hop finish. Palate is disappointingly watery. Below average.
