This is one bad beer. It has a vinegar flavor that just overpowers the beer. Typical mass market beer. JK (6252) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - MAR 18, 2003
Light red color. A little scent of hops. Thin and watery with hardly any taste, but a little malt was there. Killian's is a better choice. 21iceman40 (1735) - Grafton, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 14, 2003
For a bud product this was not this bad. Had this one off the taps at the pizza place in holland. A weak ass orange color, actually can taste some malts coming through, best bud beer i have ever had. Yankovitch333 (612) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 30, 2003
I didn't know what to expect when I first tried this beer. It was average. Probably the best AB product I've ever had. It was light bodied and you could slightly taste hops. Mediocre. SudsMaster (68) - Denville, New Jersey, USA - JAN 24, 2003
Don't have much to say about this beer. It pretty much sucked ass. Killian's is way better. I'd probably rather drink the High Life than Killarney's.

Tasted like Killian's used to taste. Not bad, but kind of a clone of others, it seems like. Very deep amber hue in appearance, and asweet and over carbonated taste. Kind of a buttery finish. spicedad2 (78) - Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 18, 2003
This is a copy of an "irish" lager. I personally don't enjoy amber beer. Like most other amber beers, I think that this one has a sweetish taste. (not sweedish) It's well carbonated though a bit heavy for the kind of beer that it is. raymow (1732) - Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 13, 2003
I was rather impressed with this one, especially since it's frm A-B. I thought it was similar to Yuengling Lager (which is one of the best cheap beers around). Not bad! Nate (4279) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 3, 2003
A weak aroma - low malts and hops. Nice red amber color with off-white, thin head. Medium soft carb and medium watery body. Sweet malts and low hops, taste of tea. Weak and watery, but decent taste. A little adventurous for AB. Mild sweet finish and after, with some adjuncts. Jfishback13 (273) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - DEC 26, 2002
For AB it's pretty decent, but it can't make a move on other beers in it's class.
