It’s a good kolsch with a nice american twist. A tiny bit more hoppy and less clean than some of the others I’ve tried but I mean that in the best way possible. My wife loves the stuff and if it keeps her happy it keeps me coming back!

It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some light crackery malt and noble floral, spicy hops. The flavor is nice and clean with more light malt and subtle noble hops with a crisp finish. Nice simple beer. bytemesis (8823) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JUL 17, 2013

On tap. Clear yellow pour with a somewhat retentive white head. Aromas are grainy, slightly toasty. Muted esters with some grassy notes. Flavors are assertively bitter (much more so than expected), low esters. Moderate malt profile that felt a bit thin. Grassy. Medium high carbonation. Pretty run of the mill blonde. Not bad, not great. The higher than expected bitterness made it less easy to consume than it possibly could have been. Dogbrick (13410) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, biscuit malt and a bit of citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - JUL 17, 2012
This was my favorite of the 10 strong taster group. A nice Blonde with a touch of fruity sweetness that works well with the carbonation. Makes what could be a plain-ish beer a little zippy. Pours a pretty yellow color.
