A good west coast representative of the style. Aroma is a bit lacking but citrus, pine, spice, grass, and hints of cat piss, needs a more present dry hop. appearance is pale yellow thin head nice lacing. taste is not too dank but full of hops and a short makt backbone. palate is dry which I prefer for the style. I’m glad this one is in my wheelhouse.
My favorite style but this version doesn’t do it for me. I sampled both the regular and nitro versions and neither gave me a thrill. As with the pale ale, this one was a bit of a muddle. Decent and I hope it improves.
