330ml can, bought in Siem Reap. Pours hazy gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is malt, hay, floral notes and something I can’t place. Taste is pale malts, white bread. Drinkable.

330ml can from a shop in Kampot. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, floral a little soapy. Sweet finish. A little strange but ok, similar to the Phnom Penh lager.

large White frothy head. clear thin yellow body. mostly diminishing. good lacing. aroma: moderate yeasty, light bread. if and ff: light bitter sweet plus salty hints; average duration. palate: light médium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation, metallic finish. sente-se o ABV mais alto, mas sem agredir. acima da média comercial brasileira. 5s

ALLOVATE (3093) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 16, 2015
From an off-license in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Yellow gold and sparkling with a short stack of white atop that holds for the length. Wonderfully clean, peppery and zesty, softly floral nose with peaking dusty malt and rough cereal notes to balance. Malty with a high level of sweetness matching the melinoidens of a good Münchner Helles. Softly spiced on the finish with a hint of wood, nutmeg and mace. A tad buttery with diacetyl being its main flaw. Holds the 6.0% ABV with ease. Light bodied and soft in carbonation up against the other pale lagers of the region. Not too shabby. (33cL, brewed 18/02/15, 322, Phnom Penh, Cambodia)

330ml can bought from a shop in siem reap. Pours a light gold with little to no head. Aroma is pretty malty. Quite bitter, malty taste. Sweet finish. Not as good as the pilsener.

WheatKing (1351) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - AUG 22, 2014
At Slur... despite being in a brown bottle this was skunked. Clear gold, high carb, nice white head. Aroma has lemon and hay. Flavour is pretty sweet but definitely not a "malt liquor" as you’d expect from the name, there’s a cracker malt and noble hop presence.

Can at the brewery. Really don’t know why any ’Export’ beer is always shittier than the regular thing. But this is the strongest brew Kingdom makes and it tastes like a malty water that’s carbonated. Meh.
