Draft. Pint shaker glass poured a clear straw gold with a white head and lacing. Corn aroma and taste. A little sweet upfront and a slight bitter aftertaste on the back end. Compare to U.S. mega brewery lagers not bad.

Kauge (1928) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 28, 2017
Bottle from Comarket. 4.8%. Made in the UK. BB 30.11.2017. Pale golden with tiny floaties, small inconsistent off-white head. Sweetish grains in aroma and flavour. Bitterish. Very crisp carbonation. Lightish on the palate. Finish fairly bitter for a PL. Yet the bitterness is kind of strange, faint yet biting. This is pretty bad. Drainpour.

P.S. - The list of ingredients is interesting: different languages mention different things. Apparently, it includes not hops but hop products, glucose syrup, as well as food colouring. WHY?

33cl bottle au restaurant indien. Lager très sèche avec une belle amertume en final.

Salmaneser (159) - BELGIUM - MAR 12, 2017
33 cl bottle @ home. Clear, orange colour, non-existing head. Grainy aroma with something roasted in it. Taste is not that bad, a tad sour. Palate is mostly water, almost no carbonation.

Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a transparent golden orange with white head. Smells and tastes inoffensively skunky and mildly hoppy with notes of corn and lager yeast. Mouthfeel is medium-light to medium-bodied and mildly but pleasantly crisp. Solid, and better than its scores suggest.

010317. Bottle from Dan Murphy’s. Classic pale lager from the slinky aroma to the thin watery body and fluffy white head. I have had worse pale lagers but not many.

Acaro (175) - Madrid, SPAIN - FEB 28, 2017
Aroma: notes of cereal and... caramel??? but very hard to get. Appearance: pale amber with clear liquid and minimal white head. Taste: Light sour and bitterness Palate: Light body, light texture with lively carbonation. Astringentt finish. Overall: I can mark it out of my list. Reminds of any common mediterranean beers. It has glucose syrup... if it is not going to make it better, why bother?

Bottle into stemmed glass. Nope. Just not worth having again. Once again a beer that backs up the theory that good beer does not come in green bottles.

caketm (89) - Częstochowa, POLAND - FEB 13, 2017
Butelka zakupiona w Lidlu. Zwykły lager, bez historii. Drugi raz bym nie kupił.

Just a pale lager. Aroma and flavour of grains. Some faint grass and citrus taste as well. Moderately bitter finish.
