Ok just poured and opened India’s #1 selling Lager, Kingfisher Premium, and I must say it smells damn fine, poor head though. Quite a pale beer, also known as ’Blonde’, and I can taste the hops over the malt. I had this in the freezer for a good 10 minutes before cracking and while it has a distinct flavour compared to our usual Aussie beers, I wouldnt want it to be any warmer. Would probably be quite sickly straight out of a 4 degree fridge, but at around 1 degree its not bad. I’d drink it again.

Bottle from supermarket. Golden color, white head. Pretty common lager, refreshing but not special

tfontana (1129) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 18, 2017
Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Andover Liquors. Appearance is clear, pale golden yellow with nice sparkle, ephemeral white head with no lacing. Aroma is bready pilsner malts/wet cardboard. Taste is as aroma with bitter over sweet second half. Palate is light bodied with slippery texture, lively carbonation and bitter over sweet finish. Overall, consistent with the style with perhaps more bitterness than the average American macro lager.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, sweet, a bit lightstruck. Taste is grainy, earthy, powdered sugar. Watery mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Not too terrible.

From Festival de las Naciones. In Teku glass. Playing Broken Age. Watery, without much taste nor aroma apart from a unpleasant grassy hops presence that instead of giving it some character spoil its flatness

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2017 Bottle in Kochi, India. Taste like plain unsalted congee, with a hint of sweet and sour sauce.

Craftakt (168) - Hannover, Lower Saxony, GERMANY - OCT 31, 2017
Für ein asiatisches Lager überraschend intensiv. Auch dieses relativ wässrig. Im Aroma leicht metallisch mit starken Getreidenoten. Geschmack nach Heu, leicht malzig. Abgang quasi nichts vorhanden. Trinkbar.

A refreshing light beer on the palate with a crisp bitter finish. Great with spicy foods and warm weather.

Can. A boring but drinkable lager. Good if cold and the weather is hot. But it is no pilsner...

Well i was trying to find something to share with my friends after volleyball tonight. After a sweaty volleyball game this one wasn't that bad at all.
