Golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. ARoma is very fruity and slightly wooden. Flavour is grass, hoppy fruit and some vanillaish notes. Not very exciting.
Bottled. Hazy golden, rich head. Honeyed grains and spicy hops up front. Light bodied, dryish, grainy and quite hoppy. Slender and refreshing with growing bitter finish. Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2007
Yellow with a small white head. Citrus, butter and pear in the aroma. Dry and hoppy flavour with a bitter finish.

Cask conditioned - handpump - GBBF2007. A golden coloured beer with a decent hoppy aroma at first but then a bit of cream and a bit of fart creep in. The taste is also suffering from sulphur notes. Malts are not good. Disappointing. downender (8659) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2007
BCA. Pale gold with a moderate white head. A hint of citrussy hop aroma. The flavour had a touch more hop with a good bitter finish. Good. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2010
’Kingstone Gold’, cask handpull, The Crown, Nuneaton. Dusty blonde with a pure white foam. Honeycomb and lemon lockets aroma; flavour distinctly honeyed and lingeringly biscuity with a good bite of bittering hop. Clean and crisp but ends up tasting far too like H+L Lockets for its own good.

500ml Bottle conditioned: BBD of 10 May 2013, poured carefully into a UK pint sleeve 9 days before that date at home.
As the name suggests, this is a gold coloured beer, a huge white head sat on top.
The aroma was hoppy pines and grains with a yeasty undertone, as was the taste. Slight citrus notes also came into play as the beer warmed.
Refreshing and crisp in the body feel, this is a thirst quenching brew with enough flavour to interest me. Bitter aftertaste which lingered as the mouth dried.
