Watery drink with some metallic notes and distantly resembling a beer. Hmm.

adamnowek (3514) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 6, 2017
Bottle from a nightshop in Shenzhen. Adorned with La Liga advertising. Tastes like a typical adjunct, if slightly spicy. Watery texture.

Erzengel (9760) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - FEB 1, 2016
*Can in Singapore. Neutral grainy beer. Hints of malt, neutral. No bitterness. Sad but easy to drink.

kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - AUG 12, 2014
Bomber at Ding Ji in Shenzhen. Pours bright golden with a fizzing white head that disappears like"presto!" before the first sip. The aroma is very faint malt and.hops if at all. The flavor is crisp, light, a little sweet and nicely bitter. This is a good easy drinker in Shenzhen. It would be my go to bbq beer.

Geiserich (4660) - Linz, AUSTRIA - AUG 21, 2013
Can: Corny, grainy, light skunky aroma. Corny yellow color, no head. Tasteless, mainly grainy/corny flavor, nearly no hops. Useless.

GoufCustom (2256) - HONG KONG - MAY 5, 2013

330 ml can bought at DCH Foodmart in Sheung Shui.

Piss-like golden yellow colour; Half finger head and white foam which last for 30 seconds; No lacing with lasting fizzy carbonation; Pungent smell of malt with cereal grains, light metallic and hint of grass; Really sweet taste of corn, rice, very faint malt, very faint trace of citrus and grass notes; Very light body, watery palate; Mouth feel is sweet corn beer-water. Sweetness is verging on cloying, slightly uncomfortable; Malt taste is near zero, plus some light rice. No other foul taste is detected; Hoppiness is very slight grassy smell, near zero citrus and grass taste, and almost undetectable bitterness; Wet after taste, easy and sweet to mouth.

Comments: After having the almost decent Valor 5%, this one brings the reality of Chinese macros back to Earth. Uncharacteristically sweet is the order of the day, and surprisingly there isn’t any macro foul taste here. Still, it’s too sweet for my teeth and liking. Drain pours!

33cl Can in Kota Kinabalu. Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of metal, light dry malts. Flavour is sweet, fizzy, metallic, just not good. Light bodied, watery.

Beer Fact: Bought in Panama, how does a beer like this end up on the other side of the world?

Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 15, 2010
Can. Pale yellow with no head retention. Smells like band aids and latex. Is thin. Tastes better than it smells. Palate a little oily. Sweet grain flavors. Band aid finish. Not as bad as I thought at first.
