75cl bottle @El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. 12-03-2017.
Brewed: 02-07-2014.
In short: Nice IStout.
Did i enjoy it: it was pleasant.
Pours almost black and flat. Roasty, coffee, licorice, nose, some cocoa and vanilla notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste follows the nose, roasty, some sweet, molasses, licorice, some coffee. Smooth and enjoyable, but not outstanding.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2017 Botella 75 cl en el lupulo 12..03..2017. Lote 590 hasta 02..07..2014. (r124). Bastante buena Para repetir duda.

Charcoal black. No head. Sticks to the glass. Smells like grain alcohol and soy sauce. Taste is port wine, liquorice, charcoal, and biter chocolate. Excessively boozy.

Flaske. Svart med brunt skum som varer en stund nedover glasset. Aromaen er lakris, kaffe og røsted malt. Smaken er ganske lik, med røsted blir her mer fremtredende enn lakrisen. Noe alkohol også i smaken. Tynn....

Light carbonation, jet black color. Smells of chocolate, coffee, booze, and develops some fruitiness as it warms. Starts sweet, finishes very burned. Has too much roast barley flavor and tannins. Cleanly fermented. Some acidic notes from the dark malts. Very bright in the middle of the palate. Could be great with a few years of cellaring. As it warms, it develops some nice dried fruit tastes. So, take this out of fridge a bit before drinking.

750ml bottle. Pours deep brown to pitch black in the snifter tulip. Medium, dense tan foam. Really lovely mouthfeel. Flavour of licorice, coffee, dark chocolate, and maybe some fruit. World Class!

Bottled 19.11.14, consumed 2 years later. Pours black as night, almost like liquid chocolate, leaving a nice brown head. Smells boozy with hints of chocolate and licorice. Tastewise, really smooth combination of dark chocolate, vanilla and malt, leaving a nice, warming aftertaste. Dangerously easy drinkability given the abv. Kinn brewery has done it again!

-2014- black with beige head. Soy sauce, licorice, herbal and leather. Smooth, sweet, and underberg finish. Amazing

As the name suggests, it’s black. Slightly sweet, enough to make the glass edge sticky. Various flavors, coffee, chocolate, and liquorice inn the aftertaste.
