Cask at The Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear light yellow colour with a thick white fluffy head. The aroma is of fruit and malt. The flavour is medium bitter, hoppy and with a spicy, slightly peppery and malty palate. It’s billed as an IPA, but its more like a regular pale ale for me and a very good one at that. TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - NOV 29, 2012
Pours a medium straw, with no head.
Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, low CO2.
Malty, hoppy taste, caramel, apricot, earth, citrus. This one has a sort of sugary wort feeling. (2012-11-23)
