330ml can Light gold with decent head. Grainy/rice aroma. Crisp bitterness, some malt in the taste. Not bad.

The original Japanese version is great. Nut nowadays anhueser busch makes it in los angeles. Like usual that sucks. Maybe it's the different water but this is not the same as version. That said , it's refreshing and tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, head is medium, disappears rather quick. Body is pretty light, clear golden yellow in color, aroma and taste of citrus, grainy. Not a complex beer. Pretty light, smooth to drink but not too pleasing.

From notes. Enjoyed at Yume Japanese & Asian Restaurant with the team for dinner on February 06. 12 oz bottle. The pour is a bright golden yellow color with a thicker white head that falls away quickly without any lace left behind at all. The aroma is definitely grainy and malty. There is a lot of cereal and a hint of alcohol as it comes through. There is a hint of citrus and a light and growing sweetness. The flavor is much of the same. The graininess from the front to back is just not that good. The sweet corn comes through next and the light alcohol on the finish is a little messy. The mouth feel is watery and light bodied with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly grainy and sweet finish. Well, if nothing else, it paired well with the sushi. 4 3 4 3 10

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2018 330ml from can in an ANA flight. Not the best of the Japanese lagers, simple and extremely light.

Bottle. Pour is clear pale straw with a small white head. Aroma and taste of apples, cereal, light malt. Blah.

Bottle 500 ml with ABV 4.6 % from Morrisons, Acton. Malty notes with hints of citrus. Body is clear and pale golden with lots of bubbles and a small white head. Taste is malts with good citrus tones, but quite average. A drinkable pale lager. Probably better with food than by itself.
