Strykzone (7556) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - AUG 13, 2007
A nice light golden color with almost no head and just a bit of carbonation activity. I expected rice to show up as an adjunct but both flavor and aroma indicate corn. It is slightly tart and crisp and in the mouth has some effervescence. Although there isn’t much going on here it is better than I expected. Definitely not the worst beer brewed by AB.

TFOB 2007. Bottle. Finally my laziness in seeking this one out has paid off and it came to me! Dark yellow body with a small fast fading white head. Muted sweet grainy aroma. Mild, sweet flavour, not much bitterness, with a slight not quite yeasty note to it. Average palate. Its pretty decent as macro brews go actually, but is fairly bland despite being largely inoffensive.

Bottle. Decent light lager with a slightly bitter taste, head dissipates quickly. Nothing special, a thirst quencher.

downender (8774) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2007
330 ml bottle. A run of the mill lager. Golden with a slight white head. Faded hop aroma followed by slightly sweet malt flavour. Forgettable.

Golden color, alittle hop, some sweetness tasted like a strange version of bud or something.

Surprisingly good, perhaps semmed better as I was expecting something in the Asahi mould. Much tastier, decent hops. Good amount of sweetness with a slightly buttery palate.

12 oz. bottle. Pours very light golden color with white head. Not much nose. Tasted like a bad American Lager. Malty with bit of hop. eh.

Not a complete drain pour as far as pale lagers go, but I’d never have this except during sake bombing.

beerme420 (50) - Corona, California, USA - JUL 23, 2007
Has a better taste than something like Bud or Miller but still tastes watered down. Slight malt taste golden color, good with sushi!

2.4
obguthr (6586) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JUL 21, 2007
Grain aroma. Golden color, medium head. Barley and wheat flavor. Vanilla hop and tin finish develops during warming.
