UPDATED: MAY 15, 2009 Pores like a typical pale lager, flavor was lite with little bitterness. Lite malt flavor with a nice balance of sweat to bitter. Not bad.

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Pours a clear yellow liquid with a medium to large white head. That head dissapates rather fast but leads to some decent lacing. Taste is a blend of hay malt and a less noticable herbal hop taste, it also has a bad yeast component too. It is light bodied, thin texture, and has a lively carbonation. Kind of dissapointed.

Had this on draft at a Japanese restaurant recently. Is it great beer? No. Is it even good? Not particularly. But it goes down easy with some sushi.

Pours clear pale yellow with frothy white head. Light hoppy aroma. Taste is regular macro lager, a bit metallic. Light body, refreshing. Ok for a pale lager.

Major corn/rice flavor and aroma. Medium clear yellow color with a dry finish. Better than some other pale lagers but not many. Extremely watery.

Skunky aroma. Nearly clear pour. No highlight flavor that presents itself enough to promote and other than the skunky aroma there arent any unpleasant highlights to promote either. I was able to drink it though I wont visit it again. I ticked a 3 star rating because I did consume it.

Can. Pours a crystal clear amber color with absolutely no head. Aromas of sugar, hay, and floral which are all very light. Palate is very thin and crisp which I am sure is what the brewer wanted. Absolutely a clean finish, no lingering taste. Taste consists of tin, bits of sugar, and some hay. If you are going to drink Japanese beer, I would recommend Sapporo.

Pretty much an average mass produced beer. A little more flavor than a bud or miller.
