Can in Hong Kong. Some small foamy head and a very slightly darker yellow than usual for a lager. soft cardboard & grass aroma. flavour is a light cardboard and bread with a dry finish. It’s some kind of variation on a bad lager that makes it slightly better than many Asian lagers, but still pretty darned bad. Ungstrup (37581) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 26, 2011
Can. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brewmash, caramel, and rice, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thank Theis for sharing. joergen (28142) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2011

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of Theis. Clear golden with a dense white head. Sweet malty nose with a little hop presence. Light body, brewing cereal with lots of cardboard. Very subdued bitterness. 200111 improvjock (328) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 10, 2009
Can. Pours a golden yellow with little disappearing white head. Grain and spices on the nose. Flavor is well balanced malts. Not too shabby for a mass marketed Japanese macro. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 8, 2009
Pours clear golden yellow.
Nose is grains, lavender, white pepper.
Taste is cereal grain, dry, slight spiciness, floral hop flavors, mild bitterness, off flavr of corn meal and soap. Wombata (625) - Kobe, JAPAN - OCT 7, 2009
Appearance: Transparent straw, white head is made up of rather large bubbles (CO2 injected?).
Aroma: Weakly floral/earthy hop and a bit metallic.
Flavor: Light roasted grain; a hint of sweetness and bittering on the mid-palate with some roasted grain on the finish.
Comment: Watery and thin bodied. Balanced in the sense that both malt and hops are lacking in equal proportions. The carbonation seems made up of rather large bubbles resulting in an odd head and odd mouthfeel. Possibly a guzzler on a hot day when anything would do.
