Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly a hint of butter, slightly some hops but both aroma and flavor are quite faint. Low to average body and carbonation. Meh.

500ml bottle from Booths, Windermere - Clear gold body, thin soapy white head. Nose is grassy, hay, bit of citrus, a little flowery herbiness there too. Taste is rather unremarkable and washed out, no real highlights. Cool and wet though.

On cask at the Wateredge. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - a bit elusive and even searching just finds the pale malt. Taste - a big lemon curd note with cornflakes in the background. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a bit quiet on the nose nut got better.
