Bottle 50cl. Poured into a shaker. Clear medium golden, small but steady white head, good lacing; aroma pale malts, grain, caramel, bit orange; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, bread, toffee; very toasted malt middele part, leading to a bittersweet finish, piney and peppery notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; nice malty ipa.

This is a very bitter ale. With some fruity notes to it. I have drank it in bottle and draft. The bottled version losses some of the sweetness of the hops creating an unbalanced ale. The cask version however is very tasty indeed. Either way a good and very interesting beer.

Drunk from 50cl bottle bought from Bierhuis in Ossett. Enjoyable hoppy IPA style beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

ManVsBeer (10238) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2015
Bottle from Wine And Beer Direct, Halifax. Tawny golden coloured ale with a small frothy head. Strong, but still maintains a notable hoppy character with a citrus bitterness.

50cl bottle at home from BeerRitz. Body is clear pale, head is small, white, fizzy, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Nose is citric, flavor is caramel, orange peel, grapefruit, honey, light soap, vegetables. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy light sweet, medium bitter, more hoppy later. Medium body, thin to soapy texture, soft carbonation. Easy, refreshing, tasty hoppy light IPA.

Bright clear gold beer, decent but short lived white head. Palate is light and smooth with decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts, bery sweet, a milky kind of sweetness. Hops start with with mildly spicy pine. Mild marmalade, little hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Pretty sweet for an IPA but quite drinkable.

Cask. Pours a somewhat boring orangey-gold with no head, kinda meh. But fairly prominent hops, grassiness, bitterness. Maybe a bit of citrus in there too. Alcohol adds warmth and balance rather than harshness. Very good IPA, quite dependable, if not a standout.
