Tap @ Euston Tap, London 24/08/13. Pours a deep red with a stylish and good-sized, pink head. Aroma is a lot of raspberry and raspberry candy. Taste is quite sweet with raspberry again, some cherry. Raspberry seeds, grapes, somewhat sour. A bit of caramel. Dries up on the finish. Quite soda-like palate with a lot of carbonation. Not watery though. Very enjoyable.

[email protected] Trader, Cannon Street, London - Red pour with pink/white head. Beautiful fresh raspberry, nice fruity balance of sharp and sweetness on the palate. Lovely stuff this.

August 18, 2013 - draught at The White Horse (Parson’s Green). Loved this "beer" - frankly, it’s pretty much pure ripe raspberry juice in aroma and taste - thick, somewhat acidic with a bit of seedy bitterness, and NOT a syrup monster like many - reminded me quite a bit of New Glarus Raspberry Tart - this was thick, opaque mauve, not much head - and a delight to drink. I wish I could buy this in the bottle in Toronto - I would have this on-hand all the time.

At Parsons Green with Harry. Wow absolutely lovely. Love the fruit so drinkable. Bit perfumed. Juat stupidly lovely.
