Aroma has vanilla, berries, peat and hints of vegetables. Flavour has smoke, berries, some vanilla and hints of resin. Odd, but somehow I like this. The berry notes disturb a bit though. Adding the yeast gives this a harsh tone.
A - Hazy copper-orange with a finger of frothy white head. Fades normal.
S - Sweet caramel and dark caramel malts, orange peel, pomegranate, Belgian yeast, some spices, a bit of dark fruit.
T - Sweet caramel and dark caramel malts, orange peel, Belgian yeast, some spices, pomegranate, some dark fruit, lemon zest, citrus hops, and a bit of funk.
M - Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sweet an estery finish.
D - Interesting blend of flavors, but the balance turns out fairly well. Mysan_brewing (60) - - JAN 22, 2013
Lovley smell sweet fruits. Reddish golden brown with a cream coloured head that lasts to short. Bitter taste, almost like dandilion. Orangepeel is dominant in the after taste. To tart for my liking:(

Pours a brown-amber with a big off-white head. Aroma is orange peel, caramel, cinnamon, sour fruits, Belgian yeast. Taste is pretty similar; orange peel, tart, caramel, Belgian yeast. I wasn’t really impressed. But it was nice trying something new. Fruity Belgian brown; maybe worth a go. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 17, 2013
(650ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clearish orange, ring of offwhite bubbles and effervescent. Nose of pomegranate, syrupy, dark fruits, taste of pomegranate, bit of alcohol or astringency, lightly toasty, but the finish is too syrupy sweet and the bitterness lingers oddly. meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JAN 17, 2013

Malty brown beer with a light bitterness. Not completely balanced. Drinkable but boring.
Bottle from Papsø. Thanks Henrik! Pours muddy brown with light white lace. Nose is a little poopy and peppery, light fruit, and paper. Flavor is medium sweet, some light fruity notes, oxidation notes. Past it’s prime fo sho. ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 25, 2012
Bottle. Pours a deep coppery amber body, large creamy off-white head. In the aroma, pomegranades and orange peel does quickly come to mind, but since I just read the label it’s hard to discern the information influence. I think I need to stop doing that until after I’ve written down my rating. :-P Hints of cinnamon and caramel with some mellow herbs in the back. Taste is fruity red berry and pomegranade tones, lots of bitter orange peel, caramel and traces of nuts and nougat in the back. Pleasant and original. Full body, medium carbonation. A well made and original fruit/brown ale brew from Kissmeyer.
