Bomber. Nearly perfect black, but I saw a tiny bit of orange tinted light at the edges. There is a thin, but persistent khaki head that left a lot stuck to the sides of the glass. I am inhaling a tremendous mix of toffee, plums and cocoa. I am getting flavors of plums in the start and especially in the finish with each drink. Notes of high quality tobacco are present. There is a slight hint of booze, but it is a smooth drinker with light carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. This is excellent. mmahut (1858) - CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 24, 2012
Pours dark ruby body with no head. Aroma is chocolate, honey, nuts, sugar syrup and toffee. Reminds me of pounder cacao. Taste is chocolaty with hints of roastiness (but not too harsh). Honey sweetness is playing well with the low bitterness, complex. Body is medium, oily. Eladerman (82) - Newburgh, Indiana, USA - FEB 5, 2013
This was a pleasantly nice Baltic style porter. The honey barely comes through, but lots of chocolate malt and coffee flavors come through nice. This is a very smooth brew with a nice mouth-feel not too thin, not too thick. Nice head lots of lacing. Nice job on this one. KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 5, 2011
On tap at Schouskjelleren.
More smoky nose than expected. The honey hiding discreetly in the back, adding depth to the porter base. This ought to be broadly available. Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 28, 2011

- dark black beer with a little persistent beige foam; pretty roasted with notes of pralines, cocoa and honey; quite full-bodied; creamy palate and with a subtle carbonation; moderate bitterness and some residual sweetness; long roasted malty chocolatey finish with lingering honey notes
Draught at MikkellerBAR. Black - offwhite head. High burned. Carcoal. Light honey. Light smoked. Fruity. Sharpness. Nice hoppy. Grassy. Light bitterness. Very nice. yespr (48916) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2011
From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, liqourice and slight coffee. Sweet honey, dark roasted coffee to liqourice malty. Lasting lingering roasted and smooth sweetness coming through. Light herbal. Ends medium dry, bitter and dark roasted. Honey comes more through into the far finish. Very subdued smoked touch. Nice and elegant brew. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 5, 2011

BF 2011. Deep brown colour with a small brown head. Aroma is honey, some chocolate, roasted mallts, mild ashes as well as some mild dark fruityness. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, honey, some ashes as well as mild liquorice. Also some slight blueberryish notes.
Me sorprendió esta cerveza. No demasiado dulce. Chocolateada y con sabor a regaliz. Una espuma sabrosa y pegajosa. Densa de cuerpo. Exquisita.
