On tap at Schouskjelleren. Campfire aroma, pitch dark, beige head. Smooth beer with a pronounced smoky flavour - bacon. Easy dinking, deceivingly smooth.

On tap @ Cardinal. Black body with a small, dense beige head. Aroma of hard roasted malt, liquorices and fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, hard roasted malt, smoke and bacon. Feels soft and fruity, quite easy to drink and still pretty solid body. Wel balanced bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. A very pleasant smoked beer.

Medium sweet malt body. Roast, smoke, licorice and bitter coffe tones. Noticable hop bitterness. Medium full, softly carbonated. Roasty, tarry and smokey endnotes. A powerfull one, not very moreish.

11-MAR-2011, tap @Mikkeller Bar. Morten, where are you? This is a Morten beer. Black with a little thin grey head. Smoked ham on the nose. This is a perfect smoked beer. Perhaps the best I have had:-) All the smokey ingredients without being tooi much. Ends a bit thin, but apart from that, I love it. Very smooth.
