UPDATED: FEB 23, 2013 Tap. Unclear golden. White foamy head. Floral, spicy aroma of Saison-yeast and honey. Taste is semi-sweet, peppery, yeasty, slightly wheaty and funky. Medium body, great drinkability. Could do with a more lively carbonation. Rather dry, slightly bitter and floral finish. KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 5, 2011
Hazy gold. Aroma of stable and fruit. Flowere, apricots, perfume, barnyard in the finish. I’m not totally convinced that the floral elements really belong here. Fine, refreshing summer beer.

A couple of pints on tap at Christian Firtal on the first day when it was warm enough to drink outdoors after dark. It’s a hazy golden beer with a firm and lasting white head. Lovely complex aroma with elements of spice, herbs, grapefruit, lime and flowers. Dry, classic saison flavour with especially herbal and floral notes.
The first great Danish saison that isn’t a one-off. May it have a long and successful life!
