English: Brewed with honey, green peppercorns and dried flowers, but all additions deliberately subtle. Bone dry, crisp, low maltiness, medium smooth bitternes, complex, earthy, floral and slightly spicy aroma and flavour. Think a more aromatic, bolder and more complex version of Saison Dupont Biologique.

(12.5 % P, 6.0 % ABV, 35 IBU, Colour 10 EBC).

Holmen1 (6635) - Stavanger, NORWAY - SEP 17, 2012
Fra flaske på Cardinal: aroma : litt hundemig og løvetann. Snev av det anerkjente nordnorske prydugraset tromsøpalme. Merkelig smak. Assosiasjoner til kryddersild pga peppersmaken?

Holmen2 (4288) - NORWAY - SEP 17, 2012
Slightly hazy pale golden, large white head. Refreshing aroma of saison, bitter orange, some citrus and pepper. Taste of pepper and Christmas cakes. Long aftertaste of spices and Christmas cakes. Pickled and spiced herring, without the herring and the pickles. Lingering taste of dog pee.

Hansen (8618) - Assentoft, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2012
Dark orange and unclear. Has a white head, fully lasting. Aroma has some faint sweet and acidic notes, no floral notes, no honey. Flavor is mainly bitter and a bit acidic. Dry, dry texture. Too expencive.

Zita (6331) - Assentoft, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2012
light sour aroma, light amber, cloudy, off white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, oily feel, bitter, long finish,

saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2012
Bottle from Fanø Bryghus. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, perfume, spices, vegetables, fruits, malt and hops. Nice and bitter finish.

laiti (8531) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 12, 2012
Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012
Aroma has wheat, yeast and citrus. Dry palate. Flavour is rather hoppy with yeasty notes, some citrus and wheat. Refreshing and nice, but a bit too thin – and a bit too much yeast here.

lusikka (7833) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 12, 2012
Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012.
Pours a hazy yellow orange colour with a white creamy head. Aroma of floral hops, caramel, grass and some hay. Strong flavour of floral hops, mild caramel, grass, Belgian yeast and wheat. Medium bodied, high carbonation and a long, bitter and very floral finish. Straightforward and highly bitter saison.

jtclockwork (17631) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 5, 2012
Draft at Gingerman. Pours cloudy yellow. Nose/taste of orange and lemon zest, peppercorn, yeast, bready lemons and slight hints of peppermint. Medium body.

mkel07 (6546) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAY 4, 2012
On tap at The Scratch. Quite bright amber colour for a saison. Small fluffy white head and aromas of summer fruits, peach and apricot mainly. The flavour is quite delicate yet strong at the same time. Nice beer for a warm day.

j12601 (13297) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - APR 21, 2012
On tap at the Ginger Man. Pours a lightly haed gold with a medium to large white head. Light toast, citrus and musk on the nose. Nice phenolic yeast. Citrus, zesty and lively. Creamy and smooth with a nice bite. Musky, deep musk and citrus peel, a touch floral, lemon peel. Nice and bright, though it does almost get weighed down at times by the malt.
