Pretty good, very chalky and bone dry which is how i like a saison. Smells slightly peppery and very carbonated but overall pleasant. Grassy through the palate with a clean finish. mithe (1875) - Opava & Brno, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 20, 2011
Fruity, light pepper aroma. Hazy golden color. Medium white head. Light sweet, light pepper, spicy taste. Light bitter, peppery finish. yngwie (17234) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 10, 2011
On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear, yellow-golden beer with a rather small, off-white head. Oranges and pale malts on the nose, lacking on the aromas normally making saisons so interesting. Fruity flavor with banana and citrus, slightly peppery towards the end. Medium body, dry and nicely carbonated. Peppery and bitter finish. A quite pleasant one, I especially like the peppery touch, but it’s not that interesting. 110527 blipp (9691) - La Mesa, California, USA - DEC 7, 2011
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Lemony citric aroma with spicy and flowery notes. The flavor is lemony and herbal with spicy yeast and light floral notes. Nice.

- cloudy dark blond-orange beer under a huge foamy beige head; nice lacework; citrus, bretts and notes of almonds; velvety palate; medium to full-bodied; a hint of sourness and pretty dry; more notes of almonds, honey and grapefruit with a decent hop presence - very drinkable
On draft at Avenue Pub. Dark gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of floral saison yeast, tart orchard fruit, and green peppercorn. Sour/floral orchard fruit and spice flavours mix with elements of pale malt and minerals. Medium bodied, which seems a bit fuller than most saisons. A fairly good saison, but not quite as good as Dupont. skortila (5985) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 12, 2011
@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma has some fruits, is a bit floral, yeasty and a bit spicy. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste is sweet malty, flowery, light spicy. Very refreshing, very good.
