COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
1712-2012, brewed for their 300th anniversary. Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, honey, malt, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, caramel, straw, and honey, leading to a dry metallic finish. A bit odd.

Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours clear, amber-gold wit a creamy head. The beer holds sugary bread, some brown bread, toffee. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with notes of toasted brown bread. Good one, if a little simple.
