350ml Can from Liquor Market Kent Boy's, Kyoto (¥324):WVHouseofBeer (1106) - West Virginia, USA - SEP 10, 2017
This one was a very poor & disappointing beer that seemed weak & well past its best despite the fact that it was well within date going by the writing on the can & only being brewed two months prior. There was slightly more going on with the taste than there was with the nose but it was still one-dimensional & basic with some grassy flavours & hay further on. The name on the can was a bit of a misdirection as well, it's definitely more of a kölsch than it is pale ale; not one that I'd recommend.
Eh this is only just a bit better than a standard pale lager. Slight biscuit/sweet aromas and flavors. Very forgettable DSG (15237) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 31, 2017
Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Tom L. Golden. Graininess, minerals, a bit of vegetables, a bit sweetish, bitterish finish, rather light-bodied. JuanCC (149) - Valencia, SPAIN - AUG 16, 2017
