Pours bright yellow with an acceptable head. Heady aroma but it’s not yuzu - non-specific hop and malt dominating. Quite bitter to taste, but goes down easy.

Bottle at a Japanese restaurant in Austin that I don’t remember the name of. Hazy golden amber. Aroma of citrus, wheat and fruit that I assume is yuzu. Tastes wheaty and lightly spiced. Medium bodied.

Bottle from Ales & Lagers, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is malt, sweet yuzu, some yeast notes. The flavour is moderate sweet with a dry cardboard malt, slightly tart citrus fruit, light dry spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2017 33 cl bottle from Ale and Lager kuala lumpur. Pours hazy golden with quick disappearing head. Fruity, plum like aroma. Fruity flavour with wheaty short bitter after taste.

330 ml bottle with pull-tap bought at Hop Hing Loong’s booth at HKCEC in Wan Chai during HKTDC Food Expo 2016.

Translucent straw golden honey colour with a thin ring of dirt-like yeast sediments; Three-quarter finger head with crumpety white foam with last for 2 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with near zero carbonation; Fragrant aroma of light malt, with strong yuzu, fair wheaty tartness, coriander, orange, tangerine, floral, fructose, yeast, thin lemon and grass; Light sweet taste of very light malt, with wheat, light tartness, light citrus peels, light coriander, light floral, hint of molasses, light spices, yeast and light bitter grassy hops; Mid to light body. Slick palate; Mouth feel is very light maltyness in a slick and slightly soapy background. Just about every taste is really light, from wheat, yuzu / citrus, flower, sweetness, spicy esters and hops. Clean but boring… Hoppiness is floral, thin lemon and grass in nose and taste; Bitterness is low-fi for an abrupt, light astringent citrusy wheaty finish; Quite dry after taste. Fairly easy and slightly bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one got a really expressive nice yuzu and tangerine aroma, but the taste profile is flat in every aspects. Clean but too light to be memorable. Once is enough.
