Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, burnt sugar, malt, dark fruits, spices, licorice. Finish is burnt sugar bitter with some alcohol. Tap at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Hazy brown with beige head. Chewing gum, strawberries, caramel, sweet dried red fruits, pear candies, some fake chcolate bars (koetjesreep), rye bread, over medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied, quite some carbonation.
