Slightly veiled pale amber-ochre beer with a stupendously huge, very dense, off-white head, slowly collapsing. Very fruity-spicey nose, with a lot of citrus and a bit of coriander, and other, less easy to recognise aromas. Rather pleasing, well balanced and inviting. Rather oppressive bitter dough taste, spicey, whilst the fruitiness is all but gone. Oxydized-like malts, inferior grain and wholemeal. Medium bodied, certain wheat slickness.
