Vom Fass @ Kloster. Haselnussbraun, blank, toffee-nussigfarbener Schaum. Würzig-nussiger Geruch. Im Antrunk spezielle Malza romatik, Tennenmalz? Außergewöhnlich gut und süffig!

Draught at the Kloster. Weak caramelly aroma, a hint of rag. Creamy tan head, seems big. The flavour is slightly sweet, good maltiness. Has a little alcohol in the finish, subdued and mild, but good. There are some hop notes, mostly bitterness, but balances off the bitterness with a little mild hop flavour as well. Dark brown colour, looks cloudy in the mug.
