UPDATED: OCT 1, 2016 It is supposed to be a lager. I don?t even bother to pour it into a glass, that would say it all. Poor flavor, watery mouthfeel, no aroma, crystal clear golden color. Easy to drink, easy to forget.

Very grainy, appley taste. Veering away from any beer-like character. Light fizzy body.

12 oz can (3.1% ABV) BB date stamped May 2015. Purchased and consumed in Cozumel, Mexico. Kloster Light - Cerveceria cuauntemoc Moctezuma Over-sized frothy white head topped the clear golden body. Aroma: European hops with baked bread. Flavor: very light with a near even hop/malt balance but favoring the hops. As expected for style and origin excepting no obvious corn or off-flavors. O: OK as 3% light beers go.

Can of 355 ml bought in Mexico. I haven’t travelled a lot, and certainly Mexico is my first trip outside Europe but I haven’t ever seen that many light beers in a market. I can only guess is becuase of the many american tourists.  This one is not any different to other light beers out there. Pale yellow colour, slight head, taste almost non existent and a watery mouthfeel. Very easily forgetable, even if I was going to get another light beer, that would be my last choice in the specific market, not because it’s bad, it is not that bad,but because I would have forgotten its existence.

Cannette 355 ml. 3.7%. Achetée au Express Super et bue à Playa Del Carmen. Couleur jaune paille, mousse blanche. Arôme de céréale. En bouche, légère, un peu de malt. Correct comme light.

Can. A pale golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light ntoes of metal, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw. The body is thin. Thanks Grovlam for sharing.

Can 34 cl. Courtesy of Grovlam. Clear yellow with tiny floating impurities and a white head leaving some laces. Light aroma of malt and brewing cereal. Light-bodied, strangely sweet without any real malt presence. Sticky artificial sweet finish - no bitterness. 141208

Can. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear yellow color. Aroma of grass, hint of cardboard, caramel. Over the palate came mild caramel and sweet hay. Light bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness. Light dry and bitter finish. No doubt better in the hot sun of Mexico.
