Sampled at the Kloster brewery. Small beighe head. Light cloudy golden color. Bisquit aroma. Big bitterness for a Helles. Firm malty taste but still easy to drink.

The beer has got a hazy golden colour with a steady head and medium body. Aroma of malt and hops. Taste of malt, hops, straw, mild fruits and grains. Mild finish.

teddybeer (3710) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 24, 2016
Pale Golden color with a white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of hay, cerealish. Flavor is light bittery, light maltiness, and hints of Straw. Slightly bitterness in the final. Easy drinkable at summer time.

TAR (2732) - Marshall (Asheville area), North Carolina, USA - JAN 24, 2016
Bottle best by Dec. 2015 consumed in Nov. 2015: Hazy pale golden. Wispy, fine-bubbled white foam. Bright, clean and rustic aromas of flowers, lemon meringue pie, honeysuckle, pastry-like malt, and sourdough yeastiness. Mouthfeel exhibits a soft, natural effervescence. Elegant interplay between scratchy lemon verbena and soft floral notes. Expertly extracted pils malt is fluffy and weightless and provides a perfect anchor for the exquisite Hallertau. Dusting of starchy yeast provides plenty of rusticity and character. Hint of fennel seed quietly presents itself. Crackery and haylike pils malt is adorned with a juicy continuation of lemon and flowers. A very clean, yet quiet (perhaps due to its age), rendition. The soft texture, balance, and very clean fermentation make this endlessly drinkable, and I can only imagine how delightful a really fresh bottle must be. Fun beer.

3fourths (9314) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 24, 2015
Swing-top bottle best by December 2015. Hazed gold with a lasting white head. Clean and hoppy aroma impression is flowers / dandelion, grass, must (yeast), Medium bodied, creamy and silky texture with lightly biting hop oils and a zesty-pulpy yeastiness; malt is sweet Pilsner, toasted grain. High effervescence and moderate bitterness, it’s lively and prickly and plump in the mouth. If the aroma were more powerful (which it certainly would be with a fresher bottle), I would be all over this.

Langer Abgang. Für ein helles Vollbier hervorragend!

Moravius (1264) - Beijing, CHINA - MAR 10, 2015
