Bottle from the Brewery - now with Kaiserdom, lets see how that works - clear dark mahagoni color, creamy white head. taste is caramell, dark malts, floral hops, spices. medium sweet. tbh I expect sth else from a Schwarzbier: roasted malts, no sweetness. otherwise a good beer.

anstei (2246) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - SEP 17, 2016
Tap at the brewpub. Beautiful roast aromas. If the body weren’t so light, I would bet this was a stout. Liquorice, roasted nuts. Round and balanced. Rustic. Yum.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Tiny and short light grey head. Clear dark brown color. Sweet light roasted malt aroma. Mild roasted malt taste with low to medium bitterness and small residual sweetness. To mild roasted malts for a Schwatzbier.
