COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: brewed by Klosterbryggeriet at Indslev Bryggeri.

Good body and volume, well balanced. Fine sweetness and very well spiced...

Ugh)

500 ml bottle, from my beerpalolav. ABV is 8.0%. Golden colour, large white head. Sweetish aroma of malts, honey and grass. The sweet flavour is rather alcoholic, but has still a tolerable presence of both malts and hops. Some berry hints too.

Bottle. Golden yellow with huge dense head. Aroma malts and some esthers. I would say belgian yeast in aroma and taste, but as it´s a dobbelbock obiviously there isn´t, but reminds me more of a belgian strong ale or a tripel. Taste warming sweet and malty, a nice beer, though I´m a bit confused about the style.
