[Bottle from Gundersen]
It is brewed with orange peel, and it is evident from the aroma. Foam is moderate and the taste varies partial caramel flavor with distinct taste of slightly bitter orange peel. Palate is saturated with orange and provides a fresh and delightful beer while hoppy bitterness is withdrawn and terminated with little harshness. A lovely comfortable and easy to drink Christmas beer, which, in my opinion lacks a bit malty body to balance the bitter orange peel. Palate and the strength is quite nice, but it gets the orange running of the overall impression. Actually I think it is perfect enough to roast duck Christmas Eve. It consists as a Christmas beer, but do not belong entirely to the top of Christmas beer. martin00sr (4439) - Haderslev, DENMARK - JAN 13, 2015
