BeerViking (4796) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2016
Bottle, deep red-brown with a lasting fine head, lightly toasted grass and toffee nose, sweetish and slightly roasty malt, drying on the palate, a little spicy rye bread, soft dry bitterness.

WillemsUrenkel (1876) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JUL 15, 2016
0,33 l bottle. Oooops, an unclear amber in the glass. Small foamy head. Sweet bisquit caramell on the nose. Taste is a total sweet caramell with a lot of bisquit, little bit tart in the background. Not really what you would expect from a Dunkel, but okay in it´s way.

sound67 (731) - Offenbach, GERMANY - MAY 27, 2016
Maker: Klüvers Brauhaus, Neustadt, Germany. *** Beer: Klüvers Dunkel (bottled, 330ml) *** Style: German Dunkles *** ALC.VOL.: 5.0% ABV *** Colour: Hazy medium(!) amber, with a medium, fluffy off-white head. *** Aroma: Caramel, cereal, roasted malts. *** Texture: Medium body, not fizzy, active carbonation. *** Taste: Bread and toasted malt notes in the beginning, slight toffee. More bitter towards the middle, roasted malts now dominant. Nuts and malts in the finish. Medium-long aftertaste of toffee and roasted malt. *** Impressions: Very indicidual interpretation of a "Dunkles" (and not really as dunkel as Dunkels go). Still, very well balanced, with appealing nut and toffee flavours. More like an ale, really.

DwarfeD (3513) - Amersfoort, NETHERLANDS - APR 30, 2016
33cl bottle at our holiday home in Travemünde. Almost clear amber brown with a medium white soapy head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Subtle sweet and bitter tones. Malts, caramel and some herbs. Mwah.

Hermod (7881) - Vantaa, FINLAND - JUL 9, 2015
Draught @Brewpub. Pours brown colored, thin off white head, nice lacing. Caramel, toasted malt, cereals. Flavor has caramel, light roasted malt, some hints of chocolate. Malty, semisweet finish. Quite nice. Very quaffable.

Cuso (8691) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 13, 2014
Bottle from trade with Pivnizub, many thanks Guenther. Hazy amber brown color with thick persistent off-white head. Malty aroma. Taste, malt, caramel, roasted notes, yeast. Doesn’t fit to style, but despite that not tasty beer.

Bamsen78 (5401) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 8, 2014
Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter, hoppy onset, quickly replaced by quite sweet notes of caramel malt and yeast. Bitter and estery aftertaste. OK but not what I understand as Dunkel.
