Clear straw yellow in color... Aroma of light grains, citrus, candi sugar, lemon zest... Flavor is slightly sudsy, floral and light citrus notes throughout, wheaty crisp finish... Decent

Like the Mocha stout, can’t find info on this in house release. For a style I usually don’t notice, it was damn good, though. Still light and refreshing, but a little fruitier, zestier, and perhaps juuust a little hoppier than the average wit out there. A little more of a crisp bite to it. Good stuff." skoisirius (1909) - Earth, Washington, USA - AUG 14, 2014
Tap at Jernigan’s. More your average side of brews compared to most of what these guys do. Still a really flavorful Wit, nice and cloudy pour, all the right flavors. Homer321 (5170) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 22, 2014
Draft at brewery. Strong perfume and coriander in the nose that come across as more even more perfume in the flavor. Not as sweet and thick as other wit beers I’ve had which makes this seem more quenching. enjoyable. bhensonb (15630) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 7, 2014
Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light fruit. Med minus body. Sort of coriander earth mix for flavor. Gets a Belgian yeast note. Finishes earthy, herby.
