Big citrus and herbal aroma, taste is just a little weak, not sure if it’s the yeast or what.just not as good as most dipa Dorwart (2598) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - APR 19, 2015
Decent sized offwhite head of fine bubbles. Moderate carbonation. Interesting aroma with some buttered rolls, grass, bologna and citrusy hops. Color is a hazy dark orange. Very sprucy and piney flavor and very dry. Almost chalky mouthfeel. Bitter Salad greens, roasted squash and some charred grains. Strong alcohol presence and warming. This brew just has some strange flavors that are all over the place. Finishes hot and buttery. Not what i was expecting and not a big fan. Sammy (12387) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 15, 2015

Bottle. Pours out a lightly cloudy orangy color with a pillowy off white head. Aroma is sweet fruity yeast, dank citrus hops, light spices, pine sap. Taste is sweet fruity notes, spicy yeast, pine sap, dank citrus hops, some sticky syrupy resin, an odd spicy yeast note in there with a touch of herbal/earthy flavors. Overall pretty solid.. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - APR 4, 2015

A big beer in many senses: boozy and strong flavors. Pours light orange. Nose is Belgian yeast, earthy hops. Taste is pretty sweet, some bubblegum, apricot, balanced with lots of nice bitter hops for a dry finish. The alcohol comes through, in a pleasant way. Solid tripel/DIPA blend. cobaink2 (720) - seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 8, 2015
Nice double ipa. Lots of juicy hops with herbal notes. A little onion as well. Alcohol is very present here.

Pours from bomber a clear amber with a small white head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving a ring of foam and decent lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, pine, sweet malts, banana, pepper and cloves, spicy hops, and candied fruits. Flavour of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest, orange rind, clove, pepper, bubblegum, pine, floral, light honey, light banana, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of pine bitterness on the finish. Good stuff.... Tmoney99 (14627) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 24, 2015
Bottle. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer. 22oz bottle, thanks to tmoney99 for sharing. Very cloudy orange color. Thin ring of bubbly white head. Wow, very interesting potent assertive flavor. Lots of citrus, biscuity caramel, spicy character, belgian-type yeast. Apricot-like character on the back end. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, moderate sweet, mild heat on the end. Bigger body, kind of slick. Light carbonation, but it’s not so bothersome... Pretty easy-sipping overall. A bright, assertive, interesting beer. Seeing the tea notes alexsdad06 mentioned.
