Good IPA with a strong citrus and pine flavor, but also some melon and something a bit wild/weedy. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 17, 2015
Hazy dark orange body, medium to thin off-white head, soapy lacing. Dank, with aggressive pine and resin, some tropical and citric sweetness, a touch of pale malt and booze. Big, with a medium to full body, moderate carbonation, aggressive bitterness, mild sweetness is balanced out sufficiently. sderenne (3) - - MAR 16, 2015 does not count
Just tapped a 5 gallon keg of this.It was kegged 52 days ago. Love the aroma.nice head that laces the glass well.Like most of knee deeps beers this is very hoppy reminds me a lot of pliny the elder. The last 3 kegs I have got were all knee deep and all vey enjoyable. SG111 (1936) - New York, USA - MAR 14, 2015

3/10/15 from bomber, no date. Citrusy piney aroma. A bit unbalanced on the malt side with a bitter aftertaste. Nice pale amber color and one finger head. Good but not great.

Much better than the first Knee Deep I had. Pours golden with good head and carpet lacing. Smells of citrus, with some florals and some grapefruit. Finishes with light to medium bitterness. Good balance here. Tap at Ginger Man NYC. spacecube (1740) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2015
650ml bottle, pours cloudy gold, with a small frothy white head. Aroma is big on hops, grapefruit, lemon, mango, lots of pine, over a full malt body with caramel and bready notes. Medium full body with an oily resinous texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. All in all just what I expect from a quality US DIPA scotchzombie (602) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - FEB 25, 2015
Pours very hazy and almost milky maize with a foamy yellow-white head that fades to a rim and coating. No lacing. Aroma is sweet citrus with some floral notes. Taste is dry, bitter, short and without too much subtlety. Some grapefruit and a bit jammy. Aftertaste is chalky bitterness. Average.
