Huge mouthfuls of sticky, resinous hops. Not a malty IPA - like Sculpin, say - but still sweet somehow - how do they do that? Incredibly hop flavor: citrusy, piney. Balanced mouth-feel. 9% alcohol but this drinks down like water to me. Need to do a side-by-side tasting with Pliny to crown a king of IPAs, but this is a contender. HOPHEADS: FIND THIS BEER!

Really good west coast style IPA. Reminiscent of Pliny the Elder. Although, a bit more bitter. Just had one that was bottled less than a month ago. Awesome.

Seems Knee Deep can’t put a foot wrong - superb DIPA - so drinkable - alcohol invisible - great hops perfectly balanced with sweet caramel malt - bloody lovely.

IT’S AWESOME!!!! If you are a fellow hophead, and are stuck at your local liquor store on whether to buy this or not; do yourself a favor and buy it. I recommend drinking it alone reflecting on some great night you just had, with a side of toffee covered peanuts. If you like hops, you’ve found your beer!

Aroma is very strong citrus, piney, and little earthy but mainly citrus. Very smooth finish and excellent balance of hops:bitterness and malt sweetness. One of my new favorites.

Wow. Just wow. A lot of alcohol and hops and yet I can drink this easy. It's a damn good imperial IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Just tapped a 5 gallon keg of this.It was kegged 52 days ago. Love the aroma.nice head that laces the glass well.Like most of knee deeps beers this is very hoppy reminds me a lot of pliny the elder. The last 3 kegs I have got were all knee deep and all vey enjoyable.

This one is worth the price. Excellent malt/hop balance, great mouthfeel, solid finish. A good one to crack open after work and nurse during a game.
