COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a classic Red Ale brewed with British malts, East Kent Golding hops and fermented with Irish Ale yeast, but with a West Coast spin to it. Must I say Amarillo. Once you taste it, you’ll be back for more.

Pours deep amber copper head. Smells of raisins figs caramel. Tastes the same. Only let down is how quickly the taste leaves pallet. Very nice red ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bomber, purchased at Whole Foods in Capitola, reddish brown with a nice light tan head. Malty nose, like caramel candy, smooth balanced taste, really enjoyable as it warmed up. Nice medium bodied with a somewhat creamy texture. Overall enjoyable another good one from Knee Deep, impressed with them so far.

copper/red pour with lots (and lots) of head - aroma of malt and floral hops, flavors of light pine and citrus, roasted malt and a lingering malt

bottle handed to me by the brewer! has a red/gold pour with a medium white head. Aroma is a bit toasted. Flavor is toasted and grassy with a slightly dry finish.
