22 ounce bottle purchased at Corti Brothers in Sacramento. The aroma is mostly bready and cereal-like with maltiness. A little lemon zest is also appreciated. Scantly metallic. Minimal pineapple. Transparent golden body with a smallish white head present. Starts immediately tart ans astringent. The pineapple flavors come through, which actually gives this a nice little sour kick to it. Finishes with a balancing cereal maltiness that is a bit sweet. Refreshing, and good. The aroma is pretty faint, unfortunately. 22oz bottle. Rating #11. Clear, medium golden pour with a white head. Light fruity aroma, citrusy more than pineapple. Picking up a little pineapple in the flavor, but just ever so slightly, acidic with a wheat finish. Decent. (2136) ryanfolty (2584) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - SEP 27, 2011

Bottle from Total Wine for $1.99. This was a pretty damn good little beer. Aroma was wheat, an flavor was a fizzy tropical wheat beer with unique but effective palate. Not a big beer, but I would definitely buy more at this price. It's cheaper than a liter bottle of soda at 7-11.

Color: Light yellow
Aroma: Slightly sour,
Body: Initially sour, some sweetness, hopy dry, pineapple
Over-all/Mouth-feel: Light, refreshing but taste more like a dry cider or a Siasion. To much pineapple. philtom15 (54) - Kansas, USA - JAN 9, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 25, 2012 This is not Jeremys best effort, not sure where he was going with this beer. It reminds me more of a sauv blanc. Gets an a for effort. But maybe needs to rethink the recipe on this one. prettyham (27) - California, USA - OCT 20, 2011
Another great beer by Knee Deep. Aroma has a slight wheat smell with a hint of pineapple. Has a white wine finsh to it. Very interesting.
