COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Double IPA includes Mosaic and Simcoe hops, South American specialty malt, and tons of tastiness. Looks like liquid gold, smells like a bright tropical fruit pine forest, and tastes like all that and more.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2017 Super fresh keg at Eureka tonight. The hops are bright and dank. You can smell them before the glass gets anywhere near your nose. Very underrated

Pours a clear, gold color and has some decent lacing. Smells malty and a bit lemony. Tastes lemony, but not so much citrusy. Overall, it’s a very good beer, but scored low due to the average aroma.

Pours a nice golden colour with a little white head and lacing. Aroma of malts and a little, very mild lemon/pine. Taste of a little malt up front followed by a lemon rind hop kick. Not a bad beer.

Bomber courtesy of a friend. Thanks! Slightly hazy golden amber, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, oniony hops, grapefruit, pale malt. The taste is pine, resin, dank, grapefruit, lemon peel. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Nice beer.

Draft. Earthy, bitter, woody, grainy, rough and tumble DIPA. Lots of pine and resin on the nose and palate, and just a ridiculous hop quantity. Terrific.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2017 Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours clear golden with a small, frothy white head. No lacing. Aroma is mangos, citrus, nectarines. Initial taste is lots of those same savory fruits with an undertone of pine. Aftertaste is mostly pine but not overly bitter. Body is smooth and a touch heavier than medium with lively carbonation. Nice alcohol warming afterwards. Complex and enjoyable!

Hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic shine in this Imperial IPA and this this golden brew is blessed with a thick off-white head of foam. The aroma is incredibly sweet and fruity hops. Medium bodied with a raspy carbonation and an incredibly bitter woodsy and earthy pine flavor. The aroma is modern IPA while the taste is Old Skool.

Draft at Bert’s in Millersville, PA. I don;t get it. What’s with all the Knee Deep love. I am drinkin a DIPA from 2008. This is a tea-malt bomb, I feel like I am drinking Earl Grey with green, piney, older school hops. Am I the weird one? Its not bad but its not the type of hoppy beer that has any interest for me at all.

Seriously good beer. Aroma’s mainly fresh hops backed up buy some good malt. Flavor’s similar to nose, really juicy and delicious. Excellent balance between bitter, sweet, Tang; hops, malt, and carbonation. Faultless body and finish.
