3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber from McGee. Hazy, orange-gold pour with a short white head leaving moderate lace. Nose is pine, tropical fruit and weed, with a touch of EtOH heat and sweet malt. Medium-heavy body and moderate carbonation. Pine resin, caramel, ganja and grapefruit. Finish is nicely balanced and ending rather bitter and earthy. A big beer, and it shows in spots, but I would absolutely drink this one again.
Hops, pine , citrus. Nothing not to like. Very good imperial ipa. Would buy again. hershiser2 (3825) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - DEC 27, 2017

Whoa. Dank, resinous and big old pine style IPA with a overbearing syrupy sweetness. Boozy on the finish with a light astringency. Hops are heavy and punchy with tons of grapefruit and pine resin notes. Good but too sweet. Pintofjoe29 (62) - Dingman Ferry, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 10, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2017 Clear gold pour with a fluffy white head. Big nose of piney floral hops, melon, lemon, malts, alcohol. The first thing i notice when i sip this brew is that it is very palatable for a beer of this size. Very drinkable. Its very hop forward with citrus and pine. Pretty sweet. Pretty good, worth the purchase! captivaboy (40) - Captiva, Florida, USA - JUL 28, 2017
Yikes, what an interesting Hop bomb. Distinct piney and in- distinct citrus blast, almost sweet and wonderfully no malt overtones. Very hard to describe but a great triple IPA.

650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit and pine with some earthy tones and hints of caramel and tropical fruits. Taste is a grapefruit, pine and earthy hop bitterness with a tropical fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with good carbonation that pleases the palate. Overall, a big hoppy brew with a big malts to balance things out. Alcohol is well hidden. Recommended. cadolfan (1) - - JUN 30, 2017 does not count
Wonderful sweet hoppy flavor. It makes you want to keep sipping it. By far my favorite triple IPA.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2017 Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours clear gold with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is huge and full of lemon, grapefruit, mango, and pine. Initial taste is pine, earthy, oak aged bourbon, with a hint of citrus underneath. Aftertaste is still very earthy with a hint of biscuit and pine resin. Full body and just enough carbonation. Alcohol is hidden pretty well and leaves a nice warming. Very good stuff. Almost like a bigger version of their Imperial IPA. MadRobin (2989) - Silver Spring, Maryland, USA - JUN 16, 2017
