COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them.

Aromas of resin pine & citrus right away when opened. Pours a deep red/orange clear with good carbonation. Head is white and firm long lasting. The flavors are intense hoppy up front with a smooth bread yeast & malt backup. A truly wonderful beer for a hophead like me.The alcohol could be toned down a bit Reminds me of Pliny the Younger from a few years ago.

Barwa złota, dość jasne. Piana niezbyt obfita. Aromat ciekawy, sporo igieł sosnowych, żywicy, na drugim planie cytrusy i owoce tropikalne. Pachnie jak likier z chmielu. W smaku spora grejpfrutowa goryczka, pełnia. Piwo gęste, likierowate. Bardzo dobre, degustacyjne.

Aroma: Citrus, tropical fruit and Pine from hops. No malt aroma. Appearance: hazy golden orange with small but somewhat persistent white head. Lacing on the glass Flavor: sharp citrus and tropical fruit. Sharp dry finish. Strong hop bitterness in the aftertaste but not unpleasant. No substantial malt character perceived. slight alcoholic warmth, surprisingly low for 11.25% ABV. Body: low medium. average carbonation. Overall: surprisingly smooth, flavorful triple-IPA, a monstrous hop-bomb at 131 IBU and 11.25% ABV, but much more drinkable than one would expect. Very little to no residual sweetness. An excellent example of well-crafted triple-IPA (a style I generally dont care much about).

Tap at Imazato. A clear orange-gold with a nice low white head and some lacing. Very dank pine and citrus with some tropical fruit in there. A feast of hop flavours, citrus, pine, tropical. Its balanced well for such a big IPA, the malt carries it through, working with assertive bitterness. Its surprisingly smooth and not heavy. Very enjoyable.

Big ass hop machine, but great lean body. A tad on the sweet side, but to be expected at this ABV. Lots of weed, fruit and some pine. Well executed.

Golden, clear and not very foamy. Aroma has loads of dank hops, resins are strong. Taste is also revealing intense and dank beer flavours, not as fruity maybe as some others I just had room Knee Deep but still fresh and fruity. Taste is herbal-fruity. Resins maybe the strongest, grapefruit seeds on steroids. Long and resiny bitter linger in the finish. Again. I have no idea how they do this but it really works.

An outstanding triple IPA. Just enough resin to balance the alcohol. A great beer to sip after a fine meal. Surprisingly little lacing. Quite impressive.

Massive hop assault from all directions. Imagine being pelleted with citra hops and force fed. It would be a combination of pleasure and pain, yet so deceivingly light experience. For 11.3% its a friggin masterpiece. Amazing beer.

22oz bottle brought to the house by a guest. Poured champagne gold, crystal clear, with a bright white bubbly head. I was amazed at how clear this beer was. Sharp hop aroma, featuring pine and grapefruit. Lots of hops in the flavor, but they tend to be more floral. More muted. Medium bodied with a quick bitter finish. Very nice.

On tap at The Gingerman, Manhattan, New York, USA. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, rich tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes similar, hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, caramel. Quite a beast of an Imperial IPA, very good.

Bomber shared at Oct Brewpub, merci Lindon. - Shared slightly past its BB, the risks of lone hoarding for symposia... - Manages to spread TRIPA piney hop dankness thin so as not to thicken into that crystal malt quince marmelade... Elegant, near pillowy-light malt profile suffused with zitrus zest and apricot peel sweetness - overall a very elegant TRIPA.
